1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a bdt78 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or close family member of an employee of bdt78 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended bdt78 account under any name or identity.
• You have not been self-excluded from bdt78 or placed under a mandatory exclusion order by bdt78.
• You are registering and using the account in your own legal name and with accurate personal information.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on bdt78.

bdt78 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Acceptable identity documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. bdt78 may suspend deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. Players who provide false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold exactly one bdt78 account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate registration details may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Duplicate Accounts

The creation of more than one bdt78 account per individual is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used. Where bdt78 detects the existence of duplicate accounts — through device fingerprinting, payment method matching, IP address analysis, or other means — it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit all balances across those accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt78 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdt78 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as your own, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdt78 support immediately via the contact information provided on the platform. bdt78 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bdt78 may at any time, and will before processing a withdrawal above certain thresholds, require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. bdt78 may hold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC and will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals during the verification period.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt78 processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via a range of local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on bdt78 is ৳500 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• bdt78 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposit credits are typically applied to your bdt78 balance within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. Card-based deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank.
• bdt78 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals of real-money balances that have been obtained through completing wagering requirements on bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated on the relevant promotion page.
• bdt78 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for card withdrawals may vary between one and five business days depending on the card issuer.
• bdt78 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, ongoing investigation of potential fraud or bonus abuse, or the resolution of a disputed transaction.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the account balance consists solely of uncleared bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement.

4.3 Currency

All player balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on bdt78 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bdt78 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider when funding your account are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player may claim each bonus offer once. A Player who holds multiple accounts in contravention of these Terms forfeits entitlement to any bonus on any of those accounts. bdt78 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or to void bonus credits where it reasonably believes the offer is being exploited or claimed in bad faith.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from free bets or free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. By way of example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement requires the Player to place qualifying bets totalling ৳20,000 before any portion of the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages for each game category are published on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period stated on the promotion page, which begins from the time the bonus is credited to the Player's account. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain when the expiry period lapses will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bdt78 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting across multiple accounts, use of low-risk mathematical strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bdt78 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonus balances, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a wager on bdt78, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or market you are betting on. bdt78 provides game rules and betting guidelines within each product section of the platform. It is your responsibility to review and understand these rules before wagering.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports betting markets on bdt78 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), judo, and other events — are offered subject to the applicable sport-specific rules. Odds are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended or closed. bdt78 reserves the right to void any bet where a market was offered in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the outcome of an event has been affected by corrupt or illegal activity. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency; bdt78 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event moment has concluded where a delay in bet registration can be demonstrated.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino

Casino games and live dealer table games on bdt78 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules of each game are governed by the respective studio's published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. bdt78 is not responsible for software malfunctions originating within third-party game software; in the event of a confirmed technical error, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on bdt78 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or display anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes on live casino or poker-style products.
• Placing bets with advance knowledge of a result that is not publicly available (insider betting).
• Any form of money laundering, including using bdt78 to convert illicitly obtained funds into withdrawable winnings.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy bdt78's odds data, game content, or intellectual property.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bdt78 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to a verified payment method in your name. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. If you are requesting closure because you feel gambling is causing you harm, bdt78 strongly encourages you to review the Responsible Gaming page and consider self-exclusion before permanent closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by bdt78

bdt78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bdt78 suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activity.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player is accessing bdt78 from a Restricted Territory.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require bdt78 to restrict or terminate the account.

Where an account is closed by bdt78 due to a breach of these Terms, bdt78 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to bdt78 support and will be implemented within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, bdt78 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their account, depositing, or placing wagers. Players who are self-excluded should not attempt to circumvent this restriction by opening a new account; any account opened in contravention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt78 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the platform and its services. bdt78 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors or viruses, or that the results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable.

bdt78 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Betting or gaming losses incurred on the platform, whether or not such losses result from reliance on information provided by bdt78.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party system outages, or events beyond bdt78's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account arising from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Changes to odds, market suspensions, or voided bets made in accordance with these Terms.

Where bdt78's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the aggregate amount deposited by the Player into their bdt78 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

8.2 Amendments to These Terms

bdt78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the bdt78 platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of bdt78 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.
